SurACer® 4450 - Domed coating with no isocyanates

One example of use is the easy creation of doming labels (which are sometimes also called 3D labels) on plotted film. Doming can also be applied to all kinds of moulded objects which then have a real impact as advertising materials.
SurACer® 4450 provides the user-friendly alternative to polyurethane resin and does not harm the environment.
Much easier to use than any other doming resin, its innovative combination of properties produces a more effective
and durable coating.
From the commercial point of view, this coating raises profitability by saving time and resources. It cures very fast,
is technically simple and involves very little cleaning up. The domes are instantly available for use.
